Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Eligibility: Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send back your item.
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

• Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
• Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Exchanges

  • Missing parts

Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
